With generous dimensions suitable regardless of your height and a comfortable thickness of 7 cm of high quality foam, the Zabuton Asteya cushion is the ideal support during meditation, in the knee or lotus position.

Keeps the spine in the correct position for a long time and removes the pressure on the knees, ankles and feet.

Thus you can focus on meditation with fewer distractions.

To meditate in the lotus position you can combine it with a Zafu or Half-moon cushion, depending on your preferences and level of experience.

Sustainable design

The durable cotton outer cover is provided with a zipper hidden from view but perfectly functional being thus removable.

It can thus be removed and cleaned in the washing machine, extending the life of the cushion.

A good option also in case you want to change the color of the Zabuton. Thus being able to replace only the outer cover.

Natural materials

Asteya cushions are made of natural materials. The outer cover is made of 100% cotton. This Zabuton filling is made of high quality foam for an additional level of comfort.

We only use biodegradable materials, without plastic - as much as possible, for packing the cushions. Whenever we can, we pack them in biodegradable and compostable protective bags

• the boxes used for delivery are made of recyclable cardboard
• we use adhesive tape made of recyclable paper, when the pack is not too heavy.
