With 23 years of professional experience in personal and organizational development, accredited coach (PCC - ICF) and certified mindfulness instructor (Mindful Academy, Spain), Judit brings her entire expertise of working with people into this method. And through this, she proposes a return to what is truly within our power: connection, curiosity, and courage.

What is the program about?

Using mindfulness and solution-focused coaching techniques, Judit will gently guide you, addressing exploratory questions and reflecting the process, all interventions aimed to stimulate your inner reflections and amplify your awareness of current concerns and potential solutions.

In this endeavor, we focus on the present, here and now. There is no concern for the past or anxiety about the future, but rather a compassionate exploration and understanding of the situation in the present moment.

How does it work?

At the beginning of the session, after a brief introduction, we create a space of silence where you can comfortably sit, close your eyes, and begin to explore, quidded by Solution Focus & Mindfulness Based Inquiry.

If, at any given point you feel the need to verbalize your experience, you are welcome to do that.

At the end of the session, you are invited to share any achievements or discoveries you've made during the experience.

This open discussion provides you with the opportunity to integrate and consolidate what you've discovered, as well as to identify directions for further development.

What mindful.coaching is not?

  • It's not a learning or development session of mindfulness techniques.
  • It's not a guided meditation.
  • It's not a coaching session per se.
  • It's not a stress reduction course through mindfulness techniques (MBSR).
  • It's not therapy, counseling, or consultancy

And still, what is it?

  • It is the best of all of the above, brought into one combined approach.
  • It is a science based approach, where the connection between body and mind is essential. Where we integrate all aspects of our being into identifying our best responses to stressful situations. Not just the mind, cognition, thoughts, but also bodily sensations and emotions.
  • It's the approach to finding solutions from a space of appreciation, potential, hope, patience, trust, connection, courage, acceptance, non-judgment, non-striving, and compassion. Towards ourselves, towards others, and towards life in general.

Amazing and intense experience

Compared to other meditation experiences I've had in the past, this one was quite different because I was able to literally think about an event that was bothering me and analyze the steps I can take, how I feel, how I think. This was very important for me to do due to the fact that it made me feel empowered and connected with my entire being. Thank you again, Judit, for making this possible!

Mindful.coaching-great session

We had a session of Mindful.coaching with Judit and was amasing. The session took place at ReCenter clinique in a nice and warm space. The way Judit guided the session and the experience I went thru, by scaling the defined issues and arriving from 1 on an issue I had at the begging as unsolvable to 5 after the session, it was great. The confidence that the issue I was thinking can be solved I am sure it changed the vibration of my body and my thoughts which definetely will attract the best way of solving the problem. I do recommend this Mindful.coaching sessions.
